Refunds

I would like to return the product. How should I proceed?

Follow these steps for a hassle-free return process:

 

Step 1: Fill out the Pre-Return Form and send it to myaro_inq@nuskin.com.

Step 2: Refund Team will get in touch with you within 2 working days to arrange an appointment.

Step 3: Bring the unopened products in resalable condition to our Nu Skin office for a refund.

Do I need a physical invoice to do a refund?  

No, however you will need to provide your sales order number for us to verify and process the request.


How do I check the status of my refund request?

Please email your sales order number to myaro_inq@nuskin.com or contact us at +603 9078 4788 (Press 1) for assistance.


How soon will I receive the refund?

The refund process takes up to 30 calendar days from the date of submission:

 

i. The refund amount will be credited back to the credit card you used for payment.

ii. If payment was made with cash or e-wallets (Boost / Touch 'n Go), the money will be refunded to the bank account associated with your Brand Affiliate ID (PV reflector name).
