Frequently Asked Questions
E-Invoicing
What is e-invoicing?
An e-invoice is a digital record of a transaction between a seller (supplier) and a buyer (purchaser) that is submitted to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) portal for validation and recordkeeping.
It includes all essential invoice details, along with a Unique Identification Number (UIN) and a QR code generated by IRBM after verifying key fields such as the Tax Identification Number (TIN), Business Registration Number (BRN), and National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
Both the buyer and seller can scan the QR code to confirm the authenticity of the e-invoice.
Will Nu Skin Malaysia issue an e-invoice for all product sales and service orders?
Nu Skin Malaysia will issue an e-invoice containing the Unique Identification Number (UIN) and QR code generated by Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) upon request.

How can I request an e-invoice for my purchase?
You may email 48hrs_reply_malaysia@nuskin.com to request an e-invoice within the same month of your purchase date.
My customer, Ms. Amy, ordered a set of ageLOC® TRME® System from me. I purchased it from Nu Skin and had an e-invoice issued to me upon request.
When I pass the ageLOC® TRME® System to Ms. Amy, do I need to issue another e-invoice to her?
Nu Skin Malaysia will transmit the e-invoice to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) for the sale of products to the Brand Affiliate. Subsequently, when the Brand Affiliate sells product(s) to their customer(s) (in this case, Ms. Amy), the Brand Affiliate is required to transmit the e-invoice to the IRBM.
If the customer (Ms. Amy) doesn’t require an e-invoice, the Brand Affiliate can issue a normal receipt to her and transmit all sales transactions as a consolidated e-invoice to the IRBM. Please refer to the table below for the implementation timeline for your business.
