Provide the purchase record of your testimonial-related products within 6 months and specific proofs of each standard: Stay Fit:
Before & After full shots;
Before & After close-up shots;
Before & After measurement records
Look Good:
Before & After Individual full face/close-up shots, or photos with your friend
Keep Healthy:
Before & After personal health records, e.g.: BioPhotonic Scanner Score records, Cholesterol index, others body check reports or videos that can show the change on your vitality
Include a photographic image that is in color (jpeg files), using highest resolution setting for your camera, and be within 2MB and 20MB
The photos must not be edited, touched up or altered in any way
Please wear clothes in plain color and low V-neck. Make-up is not allowed in order to clearly show the effectiveness of products
The background must be light-colored with even lighting and the same in Before & After pictures
Full Shots:
Stand with feet slightly apart, toes forward, hands on hips to show your figure. Face the camera when you are taking side view shots.
Close-up Shots:
The apparel must be the same and well-suited in both Before & After pictures in order to show your figure. You are required to state the Before & After measurement records along with the pictures.

Submit the completed application form, photos, reports and others information to:

Participants whose testimonial are selected to be published in the “Greater China Testimonial Booklet” can receive Pharmanex LifePak™ and TRA Series Products for free (Approximately valued at HK$2,500).
