Each year in June, Force for Good Day is held in Nu Skin markets globally, serving as an opportunity for participating employees and distributors to deepen their understanding of social contribution activities.
To celebrate the month of giving, Nu Skin Japan started the “More Smile Campaign” on its official facebook page. For every “Like” or “Share” on each article in June, the company donated 10 yen to FFG Foundation. In addition, the company invited participants to share a picture of their own smile on the Nu Skin Japan facebook page using #FFGsmile to help create more smiles around the world....
Preterm Baby Beats the Odds with Lifesaving Surgery
July 16, 2015
Meng Yao and her twin sister were preterm babies, weighing only 4.5 pounds, and were given a slim chance of survival by physicians. Meng Yao especially was not expected to live after being diagnosed with severe complex congenital heart disease. She suffered high fevers and cried in pain incessantly. Her parents used nearly all of their savings to pay for treatment at Shanghai Children's Hospital of Fudan University.
Upon learning Meng Yao’s story, Nu Skin Greater China Children’s Heart Fund (GCCHF) helped with funding the infant’s lifesaving surgery. Today, the 7-month-old is all smiles – and so is her twin...
A stay in the hospital can be frightening for children. They're often comforted by only one thing - their families. Nu Skin headquarters recognized this reality and dedicated its 12th Annual Force for Good Day to provide comfort for hospitalized children by assembling 10,000 kids’ care bags that additionally contained resources for parents from United Way of Utah County’s Help Me Grow program.
Nu Skin also conducted a children’s book and DVD drive and was able to donate 3,000 of those items to inpatient libraries for families to access during hospital stays. Employees also personalized get well cards and tied...

Nu Skin has been hard at work continuing our Force For Good mission to improve the lives of children by offering hope for a life free from disease, illiteracy, and poverty. Here are a few highlights from this quarter!
In February, Nu Skin stepped in with its Nourish the Children (NTC) initiative to make a positive difference in the lives of young Colombian students by sending VitaMeal purchased and donated by the Nu Skin family of customers and distributors to Columbia.* This is the first time the specially formulated meals have been distributed in that country.
Planting fruit trees can connect people to the growing process of fruit but in countries like Malawi it is more about preventing devastating famines that adversely impact the country’s most vulnerable population – children. The Seeds of Hope project has provided the people of Malawi the ability to create sustainable food production while promoting reforestation that preserves and improves their environment.
Seeds of Hope is funded by a grant from the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation, which is funded in part from the sale of Nu Skin’s Epoch® product line.
In 2014, more than 30,000 fruit trees were purchased...
When your skin is as fragile as butterfly wings and tears, blisters and scabs at the slightest touch, sight-seeing at a popular tourist attraction, or any outdoor excursion for that matter, is a risky proposition to your health. Nu Skin Taiwan employees and sales leaders were confident they could provide a tourist-like experience to patients who suffer from such a rare skin condition called Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) without posing a health risk – and they did.
Nu Skin Taiwan has sponsored the Taiwan Foundation for Rare Disorders since 1999. Since 2005, Nu Skin Taiwan has sponsored a One-Day Volunteer Campaign...
Failing to provide basic needs for eight children was not acceptable to Matolino and Oliveta Zimba. Days of malnourishment from missed meals, stress from debt after borrowing money to survive and struggling to harvest enough food from year-to-year were intolerable and not something the couple was willing to do any longer. In 2013, when Children’s Brighter Future (CBF) offered them the opportunity to learn new farming techniques to improve their livelihood, Matolino and Oliveta did not hesitate to participate and involve their children.
The entire family learned the importance of nutrition, rotational gardening, composting, conservation farming and financial planning from...
