Revitalise regimen

Those looking to revitalise their appearance will want to use movements that are directed up and/or inward while providing some gentle manual massaging of the area to help improve the appearance of the skin.

Restore routine

Those looking to restore their wellbeing and target an entire area (e.g., the whole thigh, the entire arm) are recommended to focus on basic upward and inward movements.

(on lower and upper legs, arms and abdomen) 

Relax routine

During a relaxing routine, specific muscles groups are being targeted through gentle manual massage to help them relax. Therefore, smaller, circular, upward/inward motions are desired.

(on abdomen, hamstrings, quads, glutes, triceps, biceps and calves)

When using the ageLOC Wellspa iO system, most people will not feel anything. The specially-formulated topicals help to ensure a proper, continuous flow of the adaptive microcurrent and to conduct a seamless leave-on experience that helps you to look and feel your best. The ageLOC WellSpa iO device will make a soft white noise while it is working. If you lose conductivity, you will hear the pause tone. Add more product to the area if needed, then place the device back on your skin.

The maximum amount of time recommended to use the ageLoC Wellspa iO system depends on the regimen / routine chosen:

• For the Revitalise regimen: 5 min per body area, 5 times a week.
• For the Relax routine: 1 min per muscle group, 3 muscle groups a time, 4 times a week, up to daily
• For the Restore routine: 1 min on each arm, 2 min on each thigh, 1 min on each lower leg, 2 min on the abdomen, 4 times a week, up to daily.

Please make sure to follow the usage instructions.

Use a slightly damp, lint-free wipe(s) to wipe away any serum, gel, or debris from the handheld device and charger after each use. Continue to wipe until visibly clean. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not immerse the device in water or any liquid at any time. Using dry, non-linting wipe(s), thoroughly dry the external surfaces of the handheld device and charger. 

You’ll still enjoy all the great beauty and wellness benefits if you don’t connect. However, ageLOC WellSpa iO device is created to be connected with the Vera app, so you’ll want to benefit from all the features developed to elevate consumer’s experience, including personalised usage goal setting, guided tutorials, customised routines, and usage tracking.

A Bluetooth reset or soft reset allows ageLOC WellSpa iO to pair to a new device while maintaining your device settings. 

1. 1. Disconnect from Nu Skin Vera within the app by navigating to Device Settings > Forget this Device.
2. 2. Disconnect your phone.
   • iPhone: Navigate to your phone’s Settings > Bluetooth > My Devices > NuSkinBDiO > Forget This Device.
   • Android: Navigate to your phone’s Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Settings icon > Forget/Unpair.
3. 3. Place ageLOC WellSpa iO on the charger.
4. 4. Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds. Wait for the  indicator lights 1–5 to flash once.
5. 5. Uninstall Vera from your phone and re-install it afterwards. 

If you have problems pairing with Nu Skin Vera or if you need to unpair your device from your phone, conduct a Bluetooth or Factory reset. 

Please note that ageLOC WellSpa iO device can be paired with one mobile device and Nu Skin account at a time.

A Factory reset or hard reset allows you to remove your ageLOC WellSpa iO settings and to pair with a different Nu Skin account.

ageLOC WellSpa iO automatically stores quality and usage information. When the device is factory reset, some device usage data will be retained for quality purposes. To view Nu Skin’s privacy notice, visit Nu Skin Global Privacy Notice.

1. 1. Disconnect from Nu Skin Vera within the app by navigating to Device Settings > Forget this Device.
2. 2. Disconnect your phone.
   • iPhone: Navigate to your phone’s Settings > Bluetooth > My Devices > NuSkinBDiO > Forget This Device.
   • Android: Navigate to your phone’s Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Settings icon > Forget/Unpair.
3. 3. Place WellSpa iO on the charger.
4. 4. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Wait for the indicator lights 1–5 to flash once. Keep pressing and holding until all indicator lights flash 3 times (at 10 seconds).
5. 5. Uninstall Vera from your phone and re-install it afterwards.
