Ryan Napierski
Chief Executive Officer & President
Ryan Napierski is Nu Skin’s chief executive officer and president. Prior to his current appointment, he served as president of Nu Skin, president of global sales and operations, president of Nu Skin’s North Asia region and president of Nu Skin Japan.
Since joining the company in 1995, Ryan has fulfilled multiple positions for Nu Skin including vice president of global business development, general manager for the United Kingdom, vice president of European business development, key account manager for United States executives, vice president of business development and chief operating officer for the North Asia region.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business, a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University and a master’s degree in international business from Goethe Universität in Germany. He also holds positions on the Direct Selling Board of Directors, Direct Selling Education Foundation, Direct Selling Association and The World Federation of Direct Selling Association.
Chayce Clark
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Chayce Clark serves as executive vice president and general counsel of Nu Skin Enterprises and oversees the company’s global legal affairs. He was appointed to his role in August 2021. Chayce joined Nu Skin in 2015 as assistant general counsel and later served as vice president and deputy general counsel.
Prior to joining Nu Skin, Chayce was a litigation attorney at the law firm of Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough.
Chayce holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Utah University and a J.D. from the University of Utah
Steve Hatchett
Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer
Steve Hatchett was appointed executive vice president and chief product officer in 2021. He previously served as the senior vice president of global products and has been a member of Nu Skin’s global management committee since 2018.
Steve brings more than 30 years of global wellness and beauty innovation, design, scale-up and manufacturing product experience with him to Nu Skin, including significant experience in the direct selling industry. Prior to his current role, Steve served as senior vice president of global manufacturing and value stream for over two years.
Previously, Steve worked at Forever Living Products, Mitsui International and Elevate Health Sciences, a company he founded. He served as a CEO and board member at Cornerstone Research and Development and served as one of the youngest CEOs of a subsidiary of Mitsui. He was recognised by Utah Business Magazine as one of Utah’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2008.
Justin Keisel
Executive Vice President and President, Global Sales
Justin Keisel serves as president of global sales for Nu Skin. He was previously president of Nu Skin's Americas region, including North America and South America.
He brings more than 23 years of experience in the beauty and direct selling industries and an expertise in overseeing customer-obsessed programs that deliver rapid business growth in dynamic environments. Justin received a Bachelor of Science in international studies and Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
James Thomas
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
James D. Thomas was appointed chief financial officer in 2023 and senior vice president and chief accounting officer for Nu Skin Enterprises in 2019. Previously, James served as vice president of global accounting and reporting. He has played a critical role in the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy and has led several projects across multiple disciplines such as the global alignment of the company’s financial operations and a project to identify cross-functional efficiencies to improve margins across the company.
James has also worked as an assistant controller of another public, technology-enabled wellness company and served in the assurance practise at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In addition to his wealth of leadership experience, James has expertise in several accounting fields, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, accounting policy, corporate accounting, consolidation, corporate and product finance, internal controls and compliance.
He is an active Certified Public Accountant and received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Utah State University.
Marion Shumway
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Marion leads a global team dedicated to enhancing the Nu Skin employee experience including talent attraction and acquisition, employee engagement, inclusion, and development, people information systems and analytics, and total rewards.
He has been with Nu Skin since 2013 and has prior experience in leading teams in talent management, organisational development, and human resources at Honeywell, Intel, Ford, LSI Logic and Amoco.
Marion has a master’s degree in organisational behaviour from Brigham Young University.
Chris Stubbs
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business Model Strategy
Chris Stubbs is the senior vice president of enterprise business model strategy and a member of the executive council. He leads a global team focused on market-specific sales compensation plans, as well as innovations to sales channel development, including affiliate and customer programmes and incentives.
Prior to his current role, Chris served as the senior vice president of global sales and operations; vice president of global sales and channel development; director of global leader development; and as the director of global analytics.
Chris earned a bachelor's degree in zoology and a bachelor's degree in psychology at Brigham Young University, a master's degree in dance at BYU, and a doctorate in health promotion and education at the University of Utah with a research emphasis in resilience and statistics.
Chris is an active member of his community serving as chairman of the strategic planning committee for the U.S. Direct Selling Association board of directors, as well as current board member and former chairman of the board of directors for the Central & Southern Utah chapter of the American Red Cross.
Joe Sueper
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Joe Sueper was appointed senior vice president and chief technology officer in 2021 . In his role, Joe oversees Nu Skin's technology organisation and all work that impacts the company's digital ecosystem.
Joe joined Nu Skin in June 2019 as part of the company's AWS cloud migration and has served in various roles including vice president of global technology enterprise architecture and senior vice president of global technology.
With more than 20 years of technology experience, Joe has worked with several large enterprises, including Amazon Web Services, Dell EMC, and Ball Aerospace. According to Joe, his career highlights include starting and selling his own software company and contributing to the Keplar, HI-RISE and James Webb Space Telescopes.
Joe’s background spans across various engineering, infrastructure, and software domains and has an expansive skillset, including progressive experience in systems design, implementation, integration, consolidation, deployment, and maintenance. One of Joe’s strengths is his ability to build a culture of innovation and merge business strategy to technology execution.
Charlene Chiang
President, East Region
Charlene Chiang is the regional president of Nu Skin East. Prior to this, she served as regional president of Nu Skin Greater China and president of Nu Skin Taiwan. She has also served as the president of Nu Skin Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei, general manager of Nu Skin Singapore and general manager of the company’s Pharmanex division in Taiwan.
In addition to her responsibilities at Nu Skin, Charlene has been actively involved in many other organizations. In the past, she has served as chairperson of Taiwan’s Direct Selling Association from 2013-2016, chairperson of Taipei’s Cosmetics Industry Association from 2010-2014, chairperson of the organization committee of WFDSA World Congress XIII in 2008, and vice president of the Direct Selling Association of Singapore from 2003-2007.
Since 2017, Charlene has served on the WFDSA advisory council. In 2009, she was selected as a 100MVP Manager by Manager Today Magazine, and in 2010 was named China’s Outstanding Female Entrepreneur by the China Association of Women Entrepreneurs (CAWE).
Prior to joining Nu Skin, Charlene worked at a leading advertising agency. She received her bachelor’s degree in Japanese from Fu Jen Catholic University and a master of business administration from National Taiwan University and Fudan University.
Vicky Leevutinun, Ph.D.
President, Southeast Asia & Pacific
Dr. Vicky Leevutinun, with a Ph.D., serves as the president of Nu Skin’s Southeast Asia and Pacific regions. In her current role, she oversees the operation of Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.
During her 26 years at Nu Skin, Dr. Leevutinun has played an integral role in building Nu Skin across diverse cultures and languages throughout Southeast Asia.
She served as the president of Thailand’s Direct Selling Association (TDSA) from July 2014 to June 2016. During her time, she helped develop the direct selling ethics which set out to help ensure members of the TDSA uphold high standards to positively impact public perceptions. Currently, she serves as the Asia Pacific representative in the Association Advisory Council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA), helping promote industry awareness and championing the needs of the direct selling industry for the region.
As the chairwoman of the board for the Nu Skin Southeast Asia Children’s Heart Fund (SEACHF), Dr. Leevutinun is passionate about helping children with congenital heart disease. She has worked closely with the Nu Skin distributor force and local charity partners to help save the lives of close to 14,000 children in the region.
Dr. Leevutinun is originally from Thailand and relocated to Singapore in 2015 to head the Nu Skin Southeast Asia headquarters.
BUCK MCMURRAY
President of Sales, Americas
Buck McMurray serves as president of sales for the Americas at Nu Skin. Previously, he was the general manager of North America at Nu Skin for three years. During his career, he’s worked in various sales, marketing and channel development roles for direct sales brands such as Epicure, Rodan and Fields, Unicity and Morinda. Buck earned an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University (BYU) in 2009 and a bachelor's degree from BYU in Korean literature in 2004.
MICHIEL SINOT
Interim President of Sales, Europe and Africa
Michiel Sinot has more than 20 years of experience working within the Europe and Africa markets in a number of sales, marketing and general management roles. Throughout his career he has worked closely with independent business owners across 26 markets.
Sinot joined Nu Skin as vice president of sales for the West-Central European region, South Africa and Israel in 2015 and became vice president of sales for the full Europe, Middle East and Africa region in January 2018. In 2024, Michiel was appointed interim president of sales, Europe and Africa.
Prior to joining Nu Skin, Michiel gained experience in various management positions within Herbalife, mainly focusing on sales and marketing.
