The primary purpose of PT Nusa Selaras Indonesia (“Nu Skin Indonesia”) and its Brand Affiliates is to sell high quality products to customers. If a Brand Affiliate desires to return a Nu Skin product, the following refund policy will apply:
Brand Affiliate
Nu Skin will provide a Brand Affiliate a 90% refund of the purchase price of the product, less value added tax and applicable Commission (plus applicable tax if prepaid) on unopened and resalable Products sold by the Company that are returned within twelve (12) months of the order date by the Brand Affiliate who purchased the Products from the Company or in the event that the Brand Affiliate signs off or is terminated by the Company
