How can I prevent my bank from declining my payment?
Know your available credit limit and ensure your purchase will not exceed your available limit. If you don't know your credit limit or would like to request additional credit, contact the card issuer using the phone number found on the back of your card. It may also help to let your bank know you will be making a large purchase to Nu Skin on a specified date.
What are the qualifications needed to participate in the LTO?
Distributors who have registered for Nu Skin Live! will be able to participate. China distributors will need to order from this site:
How many LTO products can I purchase?
Each registered distributor will be able to order 1 Ultimate Product Kit and 2 LumiSpa Debut Kits.
When will my credit card be processed?
Your card will be processed when the order is created. The orders will not be shipped and will be available to pick up at the Nu Skin Live! event from October 11, 2017 to October 14, 2017.
When will the LTO open?
The online offering will be available October 2nd at 5pm and will close on October 11th at 12pm MST.
Why do I have a Reference Number and an Order Number?
The Reference Number is generated at the time you submit your order and can be used to track the status of your order. The Order Number is generated once your order has been processed and can also be used to track your order.
