Silicone Head
Nu Skin’s tips for taking care of your Silicone Heads
- Handle the Silicone Heads with great care. Avoid twisting it into place as this can break the clips. Instead, simply clip it on or off without turning.
- Replace the Silicone Head every 3 months.
- Only use your device with our ageLOC LumiSpa Activating Cleansers to experience the 7 LumiSpa skincare benefits and avoid damaging the silicone.
1. My Silicone Head will not fasten securely.
Please check the following:

c. Has the device been dropped? Unfortunately, this situation is not covered by your warranty.
d. Has the centre (black drive) nut on the device been damaged?
