*In a double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study, 40 subjects with self-reported sleep disturbances took a placebo or Night Time blend for four weeks. They were asked questions about the quality of their sleep as part of a daily sleep diary.
After one week, subjects taking the Night Time blend reported that, on average:
