No. As a Brand Affiliate, you are only legally allowed to sell products in and recruit individuals who are residents of markets were Nu Skin operates. We currently do not operate in India, so you may not expand your business there now.

We encourage you to build locally and think globally by finding, enrolling, and supporting India-eligible individuals in markets where Nu Skin currently operates. Start building now in existing Nu Skin markets to position yourself to participate in the growth of the India market upon launch.

India law is very strict regarding who can conduct business in India. Nu Skin India Brand Affiliates must be one of the following: (1) a citizen and resident of India with a valid India passport (or other government issued ID); (2) a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) with a valid India passport (or other government issued ID); (3) a registered Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) with a valid OCI card; or (4) a registered Person of Indian Origin (PIO) with a valid PIO card. All Indian Brand Affiliates must also have a local addresses and bank accounts in India.

Yes, but only if they obtain a valid India business visa or form an Indian entity, in each case with a valid address and bank account in India. Indian entities involve additional legal requirements, both to form the entity and for ongoing maintenance. Conducting unauthorized business in India as a foreigner is strictly prohibited under Nu Skin policy and the laws of India.

Due to India's regulatory environment and market needs, the India market business model will be different than our global plan. We will provide thorough training on this new opportunity as the launch date nears.

New Brand Affiliates you register must fulfill the requirements of the market where they are currently residing and where you plan to register them.
