NU SKIN HEALTHY WORKPLACE POLICY

Nu Skin is committed to providing all employees with a safe and respectful work environment that is free from harassment, bullying, discrimination and unprofessional behavior. Nu Skin will not tolerate any harassment or mistreatment of employees.

Conduct that creates a disrespectful, intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment for an employee, vendor, distributor or other Nu Skin-related party is not appropriate and is a violation of this policy.

This policy applies to “Nu Skin guests” (e.g. vendors, contractors, distributors, temporary workers, customers, etc. while visiting Nu Skin or working with Nu Skin employees) as Nu Skin will not tolerate harassment of employees by Nu Skin guests, nor will it tolerate harassment of Nu Skin guests by employees.
