A. JOINING THE NEW NU SKIN REWARDS PROGRAM
What is the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
The Nu Skin Rewards Program (“Program” or “Rewards Program”) will begin on 3 January 2025 and is designed to reward and thank loyal customers who purchase Nu Skin products on a subscription program.
What is a Subscription Program?
The Subscription Program is a monthly recurring order of your favorite products! This is what we used to call “Automatic Re-Ordering (ARO) Program” in our market.
Who is eligible to join the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
The Nu Skin Rewards Program is available to registered members and Brand Affiliates who are legal residents of Malaysia and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.
*Qualifying Brand Representatives & Above are not eligible to participate in the Nu Skin Rewards Program. If a Brand Affiliate attains Qualifying Brand Representative status after receiving Nu Skin Rewards benefits, he or she will no longer be eligible to receive these benefits.
How do I join the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
Nu Skin Rewards Program is simple and straightforward - no levels, no tiers, and no complicated point systems. Just enroll in a monthly subscription order of at least 50PV at www.nuskin.com to enjoy the perks of the Nu Skin Rewards Program! No fuss, no opt-ins, and no extra steps.
Here’s the step-by-step guide on how to subscribe to the Nu Skin Subscription Program:
- Log in to your online web account.
- Enter the product name in the search bar.
- Select the purchase type: "Subscribe", then click "Subscribe Monthly".
- Click "View Cart". To proceed, click "Continue".
- Choose your preferred type of monthly enrollment: "Ship Always" or "Default". Then click "Continue" to proceed.
- For "Default", select your shipping address or click "Edit" to change it. To proceed, click "Continue".
- For "Ship Always", choose your shipping method (pickup or delivery). To proceed, click "Continue".
- Click "Edit" to update your billing information. To proceed, click "Continue".
- If you choose "Ship Always", select the preferred date for your order to be processed.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions". To proceed, click "Continue".
- Click "Place My Order".
What are the benefits of the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
When you have a subscription program (ARO) order, you will be automatically enrolled into Nu Skin Rewards Program. You’ll be eligible to enjoy:
- Special subscription pricing for selected products.
- Additional subscription benefits such as birthday offer, shipping benefits, and more.
- Milestone Reward of two (2) RM50 vouchers (totaling RM100) for every three (3) consecutive months of subscription with minimum 50PV each month on a single invoice (also see Section B below).
*Qualifying Brand Representatives & Above are not eligible to receive the Milestone Reward. Brand Affiliates will stop receiving the Milestone Reward after becoming a Qualifying Brand Representative & Above.

No, there is no cost to join.
What am I agreeing to by joining the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
By joining the Nu Skin Rewards Program, you agree that you have read, understood and you agree to be bound by the Program Terms & Conditions, as well as such incorporated terms and conditions, including the terms of our Privacy Notice, and by any changes or modifications we may make in the future.
I am a current enJoy member; how do I participate in Nu Skin Rewards Program?
Nu Skin Rewards Program has no levels, tiers, or point systems. It’s simple and easy. Nu Skin Rewards Program is based on subscription orders — when you subscribe and purchase products monthly, you’ll continue to receive rewards and save.
The key to this program is maintaining your monthly subscription — just one (1) subscription order of 50PV each month on a single invoice allows you to enjoy all the benefits of the Nu Skin Rewards Program.
enJoy Club:
If you are currently in the enjoy Club tier, simply enroll in a monthly subscription order of at least 50PV and you will be automatically enrolled into the Nu Skin Rewards Program!
enJoy Premier:
Thank you for being our enJoy Premier member! You will be automatically placed in the Nu Skin Rewards Program since you are already enrolled into the monthly subscription program.
You will earn two (2) RM50 Milestone Reward vouchers (totaling RM100) for every three (3) consecutive months of successful subscription orders with 50PV each month on a single invoice.
What would happen if I missed payment for my subscription program for a month and I did not cancel my subscription? Will the system automatically drop me out of the program?
Should you cancel or miss a payment for your monthly subscription program, but did not terminate your subscription to our subscription program, your Eligible Count for the Milestone Reward will be reset to zero. You need to have three (3) consecutive Eligible Counts in order to receive a Milestone Reward voucher.
Unless your subscription contract is terminated in accordance with the Subscription Terms & Conditions or you write in to terminate your subscription, you can continue to stay in the program.
B. MILESTONE REWARD
How is Milestone Reward earned?
Milestone Reward of two (2) RM50 vouchers (totaling RM100) is awarded when you make three (3) consecutive months of product purchases with a minimum of 50PV each month on a single invoice under subscription (each an "Eligible Count"). Each voucher can be applied to a purchase with a minimum of RM500 in a single invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the calculation of purchases. Additional rewards or discounts may also be awarded for ad hoc events, milestones, or other experiences at Nu Skin’s discretion. The Milestone Reward is only awarded on purchases made through Nu Skin’s system under subscription. Purchases made directly from a Brand Affiliate do not qualify for Milestone Reward.
Can I earn Milestone Reward on product purchases made in other markets?
No, you can only earn Milestone Reward from product purchases made in your local market.
Can I redeem my Milestone Reward in other markets?
No, you can only redeem Milestone Reward in the market where you are registered.
How do I receive my Milestone Reward?
You will receive your Milestone Reward via email, so make sure to check your inbox.
How can Milestone Reward be redeemed?
They can be redeemed directly through Nu Skin sales channels (online, Vera®, and Stela, or at Nu Skin Experience Centers). The rewards will not be redeemable at third-party marketplaces.
How can I use the two (2) sets of RM50 (totaling RM100) Milestone Reward vouchers that I earned from the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
Each Milestone Reward voucher is redeemable with a minimum purchase of RM500 in a single invoice. However, some items are not eligible for redemption. Milestone Reward cannot be layered with other promotions, sales materials, accessories, and business kits. These conditions may differ from market to market. Please check with your local market for more details.
How can I tell when my Milestone Reward is going to expire?
In general, all Milestone Rewards earned will expire three (3) months from the date they are issued. We will inform you via email when the Milestone Rewards are issued. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact your local Nu Skin office.
If I return a product purchased under subscription or cancel my subscription order, what will happen to my Milestone Reward qualifications & rewards?
If this happens and if you do not terminate your subscription to our subscription program, your Eligible Count will be reset to zero. You need to have three (3) consecutive Eligible Counts in order to receive a Milestone Reward voucher.
Can I return a product or other items that I purchased using the Milestone Reward?
Yes, you can return any products and items purchased with Milestone Reward, however, the value of the Milestone Reward will not be refunded, and you will lose the reward amount used to purchase the product or items.
Will there be any termination penalty if I choose to stop participating in the Nu Skin Rewards Program? What will happen to my earned Milestone Reward?
If you choose to terminate your Nu Skin Rewards Program, you will need to cancel your subscription to Nu Skin Subscription Program. There is no penalty for opting out of the Nu Skin Rewards Program; however, you will lose any rewards in your account.
C. ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
What are the additional subscription benefits?
In order to thank our loyal customers, the company may introduce seasonal promotions, e.g. shipping discount, birthday treats, etc. These perks may or may not be permanent, but they serve as seasonal rewards for subscribers of our subscription program.
Some subscription benefits like the Birthday Offer and Shipping Privileges are open to ALL who have a subscription (ARO) order. This may differ from market to market. Please contact your local office for more information.
D. NU SKIN REWARDS PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTION STATUS
Will my subscription to the Nu Skin Rewards Program expire?
Your subscription to the Nu Skin Rewards Program will not expire, however, if you do not maintain a monthly subscription order of 50PV each month, you will not receive the Milestone Reward or other additional subscription benefits.
Do I have to inform the company if I want to stop participating in the Nu Skin Subscription & Rewards Programs? If so, what are the procedures?
Yes, you can either submit the termination form in person at Nu Skin Experience Centers or send it via email to myaro_inq@nuskin.com.
After I opt out of the Nu Skin Rewards Program, can I enroll back into the Program? When I re-enroll, can I continue with the previous balance?
You can re-enroll in the Nu Skin Rewards Program by setting up a subscription to start purchasing every month again. However, your Milestone Rewards will be refreshed, and your Eligible Count will be reset to zero.
If I decide to do the Nu Skin business as a long-term venture, when will I cease the Nu Skin Rewards Program — after I submit my Letter of Intent (LOI) or when I pass my LOI?
You will cease the Nu Skin Rewards Program once you submit LOI and not when you pass LOI. You will cease to receive the Milestone Reward and will be rewarded through the Velocity Program for your efforts to build business.
I am currently a customer enrolled in the Nu Skin Rewards Program with an active subscription (ARO). What will happen to my subscription (ARO) order and monthly delivery after I submit LOI and cease to be eligible for the Nu Skin Rewards Program?
After you submit your LOI and cease to be eligible for the Nu Skin Rewards Program, your subscription (ARO) contract will remain unchanged, and you can continue receiving monthly deliveries as scheduled. You can use the remaining Milestone Rewards in your balance until they expire, but you will no longer earn any additional Milestone Rewards.
