1. Activity Period: January 1st 2023 to December 31th 2023
2. Target Participants: Hong Kong and Macau Brand Affiliates or above
3. Activity Requirements:
I) Target Participants who can personally sponsored 5 members to sign a new Automatic Re-ordering Program Enrollment Agreement ("ARO Agreement"), and the ordered products in the month of signing the ARO Agreement are shipped to such 5 members successfully, Target Participants will be rewarded one set of Beauty & Wellness experience coupon (total value HK$100).
II) Target Participants who can personally sponsored 10 members to sign a new ARO Agreement, and the ordered products in the month of signing the ARO Agreement are shipped to such 10 members successfully, Target Participants will be rewarded one OGON co-branded anti-RFID card package (total value HK$300).
III) Target Participants who can personally sponsored 15 members to sign a new ARO Agreement, and the ordered products in the month of signing the ARO Agreement are shipped to such 15 members successfully, Target Participants will be rewarded $500 Nu Town shopping coupon (“Shopping Coupon”) *.
IV) Target Participants who can personally sponsored 20 members to sign a new ARO Agreement, and the ordered products in the month of signing the ARO Agreement are shipped to such 20 members successfully, Target Participants will be rewarded a priceless exclusive recognition.
4. Sign a new ARO Agreement means the Target Participant’s personally sponsored member signs an ARO Agreement for the first time.
5. The number of members personally sponsored by the Target Participant who signed the new ARO Agreement ("the Number of Personally Sponsored Members") will be settled at the end of each month. The Number of Personally Sponsored Members will be calculated cumulatively during the Activity Period, and the gifts received cannot be duplicated.
6. *The Shopping Coupon will be issued in the middle of the next month upon the fulfillment of the reward requirements. Shopping coupon can only be used for the purchase in Nu Town. Please select the Shopping Coupon at checkout.
7. *The Shopping Coupon can be used within 1 month after issuance only. The Shopping Coupon will be invalid on expiry.
8. *The Shopping Coupon is NOT transferable. The Shopping Coupon can only be used once and in each single order, it cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Sharing Bonus^, 50 points of Sales Volumes (“SV”) and 390 points of CSV will be deducted on the sales order with the use of this Shopping Coupon.
^i) Sharing Bonus is applicable to brand affiliates or above only.
^ii) The amount of Sharing Bonus will be reduced in proportion based on the percentage of purchase discount received by using this Shopping Coupon.
10. Nu Skin reserves the right to recoup the reward received by the said Target Participants or an amount equivalent to the reward from this Activity if any of the following occurs:
1) if the Target Participant no longer satisfies the requirements for the reward after deducting Sales Volumes of the returned products; or
2) if the Target Participant violates the Brand Affiliate Agreement and International Sponsor Agreement. Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures or the terms and conditions of the Sales Performance Plan of Velocity, or any applicable laws and regulations, may be deemed ineligible to participate in this Activity and may be subject to additional disciplinary action.
11. Nu Skin may modify the Terms and Conditions of this Activity from time to time or terminate this Activity at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Nu Skin reserves the right of final interpretation and final decision of this Activity.
12. If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese version and the English translation version of this Activity, the Chinese version shall prevail.
