Please present relevant receipt issued by Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC (“Nu Skin”) at Causeway Bay Nu Skin Plaza or Macau Distribution Center to redeem warranty service. Information shown on the receipt must match the serial number on the device, and replacement of the product parts will not be returned to the user.

Scope of Warranty

 

Within Scope of Warranty : Limited to malfunctions occurred during normal use, including no power/fail to function normally, malfunction of on/off button/indication lights/background light, screen cannot display properly, fail to dispense products (for ageLOC Me®).

 

Out of Scope of Warranty : For malfunction or damage resulting from human factors listed in <Appendix 1>，warranty fee will be charged according to the above table. No warranty will be provided without receipt.

 

Remarks :

1. Warranty period will be starting from the date of purchase stated on the receipt Nu Skin issued. If brand affiliate purchase multiple devices at one time, the warranty period of the devices will still be starting from the date of purchase stated on the receipt, even though brand affiliate resell the product in later time.

2. After maintenance and changing parts, brand affiliate must check and verify the device is functioning normally. The relevant device is entitled for a 14 days free extra warranty period. After the 14 days free extra warranty period, warranty period will be calculated based on the purchasing date stated on the receipt, and according to the above table.

3. Free exchange for ageLOC LumiSpa® iO / ageLOC LumiSpa® Stand, Treatment Head and Silicon Tip of Accent will only be provided within 7 days from the date of purchase, caused by non-human factor and within scope of warranty.

Appendix 1

 

  • Any improper use and damage caused by accident or improper storage of the device (e.g. device dropped), or alteration of the appearance or replacement of the product parts or dismantlement of the device on your own resulting in the device failing to function normally;
  • Any usage of the product not in the way as described in the user’s manual;
  • Any natural disasters or other human factors not attributable to Nu Skin (including all damages during shipment);
  • Any change/removal of the serial number of the device, or where the serial number of the device in inconsistent with that printed on the receipt;
  • Any scratches and natural aging of the device shell;
  • Repair by an unauthorized manufacturer or third party;
  • Using unauthorized parts.
