The Economy Express service is for Orders that can be delivered without a signature. When purchased through the Call Centre, the shipping charge is $14.00*.

When ordering Online, through the Call Centre, or on an Order Form, please ensure that you include Shipping Instructions with every Order.
For Subscription customers, please note that your order will automatically default to the Economy Express Option. To change shipping instructions (e.g. leave at front door), visit online at www.nuskin.com.au or contact the Call Centre on 1300 687 546.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your Order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your Order and follow its progress. Please contact our Customer Service Department on 1300 687 546 or by email at ausadp@nuskin.com if your parcel has not been received within 5 working days.
All prices, including shipping and handling fees, include GST and are true at the time of publication.
The advertised Sharing Bonus excludes GST. Vitameal is a non-taxable supply and therefore no GST is applicable on these sales. Nu Skin Enterprises reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice.
Backorders
Any item on backorder will be shipped separately to other items on an order at no cost to the customer, when the backordered product arrives. The estimated date that the product will be shipped is shown on the product shop page. Dates can be subject to change. If there are other products on an order, these will be shipped at the time of purchase.
The primary purpose of Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. (“Nu Skin”) and its Brand Affiliates is to sell high quality products to customers. If a customer or Brand Affiliate desires to return a Nu Skin product, then the following refund policy will apply to Nu Skin retail customers, Members and Brand Affiliates:
Retail Customers
If a retail customer purchases a Nu Skin product directly from Nu Skin, then unless otherwise required by applicable law or a specific product guarantee, Nu Skin will provide the retail customer with a 100% refund on the returned product if: (i) the product is returned at the cost of the retail customer within 30 days from the purchase date; and (ii) regardless of whether the product has been used, is restockable or resalable.
Members
Nu Skin will provide a Member with a 90% refund of the purchase price of the product sold by Nu Skin to the Member directly if: (i) the product is returned at the cost of the Member within 12 months from the purchase date; and (ii) the product is unopened and resalable.
Brand Affiliates
Nu Skin will provide a Brand Affiliate a 90% refund of the purchase price of the product (less applicable bonus) if: (i) the product is returned at the cost of the Brand Affiliate within 12 months from the purchase date; and (ii) the product is unopened and resalable.
