Take the contents of one (1) LifePak Plus sachet: four (4) coated tablets at the same time once a day with 250 ml of liquid with your meal.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A health supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not use if the sachet integrity is affected. Keep away from heat and humidity. Keep out of reach of young children.

Do not take LifePak Plus:

  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to iodine or any of the other Ingredients of LifePak Plus
  • if you have been diagnosed or suspected to suffer with prostate Cancer.
  • if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are Breastfeeding
  • if you have been diagnosed with thyroid disorders
  • if you are being treated with anticoagulants
  • if you are menopausal
  • if you are a tobacco smoker.

 

Consult a doctor before using this product:

  • if you are diabetic
  • if you are hypoglycemic
  • if you are undergoing medical treatment.

 

Taking multiple supplements may cause a cumulative intake of certain nutrients/substances. It is therefore recommended that you consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
