- Purchases can only be made and processed on Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com.sg
- Free items do not carry Personal Sales Volume (PSV).
- Free items are not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions and substitute the free items with item(s) of comparable value at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
- All requests for refunds in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures and products purchased under the Promotion must be returned together with the free item(s) received, if any, in an unopened and resalable condition. Individual products in the Packs that can be resold individually may be returned provided they are in an unopened and resalable condition. Nu Skin shall use the discounted price under the Promotion as the price to calculate the refund amount. In the event you are unable to return all the free item(s) in an unopened and resalable condition, you agree that Nu Skin may at its sole discretion, deduct your refund amount in accordance with the value of the free item(s) as follows:
