Year End Sale Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all NuSkin Pharmanex (B) Sdn Bhd (“Nu Skin”) Brand Affiliates from 24 December 2018, 12:00 p.m. to 31 December 2018, 6:00 p.m. (“Promotion Period”).
Purchases can be made and processed at Nu Skin Brunei Experience Center or via Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com
All requests for refunds in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.
You may return the products within the Promotion Packages that can be resold individually so long as these products are unopened and resalable. When making refunds for products purchased under the Promotion, Nu Skin shall use the discounted price under the Promotion as the price to calculate the refund amount. Other terms and conditions in relation to product refunds and exchanges shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.
The return of products may affect your eligibility to receive Bonuses and your pin title, and if Bonuses have already been paid on the returned products, then Nu Skin Brunei will recoup your Bonuses pursuant to the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, offers, other promotions, privileges and promotion codes, unless otherwise stated.
ll products and free items of this Promotion are on a first come, first served basis; while stocks last. Nu Skin may at its sole discretion substitute any free item with other items of comparable value without prior notice.
Free items are not exchangeable or refundable for cash.
Nu Skin reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Promotion and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute concerning the terms and conditions, the decision of Nu Skin is final and binding.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei.
