1. This April Beauty & Wellness Promotion (“Promotion”) is available from 7 April (12pm) to 23 April (8:30pm) 2021 (“Promotion Period”) and is organized by Nu Skin Enterprises Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Nu Skin Singapore”) and is open exclusively to its brand affiliates only.
2. Purchases can only be made and processed at the Nu Skin Singapore Experience Centre or Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com.sg.
3. Any purchase orders received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Promotion.
4. The purchase of April Beauty & Wellness Promotion Packages can be used to fulfil your monthly ARO requirements only during the validity of the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the April Beauty & Wellness Promotion Packages cannot be used to create continuing ARO purchases.
5. Free items do not carry Personal Sales Volume (PSV).
6. Free items are not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute the free items with item(s) of comparable value at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
7. All requests for refund in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures and purchases under the Promotion must be returned together with the free item(s) in an unopened and resalable condition. Individual products in the Packs that can be resold individually may be returned provided they are in an unopened and resalable condition, unless otherwise stated that no partial refunds are allowed for a particular promotion package. Nu Skin Singapore shall use the discounted price under the Promotion as the price to calculate the refund amount. In the event you are unable to return all the free item(s) in an unopened and resalable condition, you agree that Nu Skin Singapore may at its sole discretion, deduct your refund amount in accordance with the value of the free items as follows:

10. Nu Skin Singapore reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Promotion and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
11. In the event of a dispute concerning the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Nu Skin Singapore is final and binding.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
