1. This SEA NS Live! (“Promotion”) is open to all Nu Skin Singapore Distributors from 1 June to 25 June 2018 (“Promotion Period”).

2. From 1 June to 3 June 2018, purchases of the ageLOC TR90 System and ageLOC Trilogy System, (“Promotion Packages”) can only be made and processed at the website of Nu Skin Singapore (“Nu Skin”) at www.nuskin.com.sg. From 4 June to 25 June 2018, the Promotion Packages will be available at both the website (www.nuskin.com.sg) and at the Nu Skin Singapore Showcase. Any purchase orders received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Promotion.

3. Free items do not carry Personal Sales Volume (PSV).

4. All requests for refunds in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.

5. You may return the products within the Promotion Packages that can be resold individually so long as these products are unopened and resalable. If any of these products are returned, you must also return the free item(s) and complimentary gift vouchers. If gift vouchers have been used, redeemed or lost, you must pay for the monetary value of the same. If the free item(s) cannot be returned or they cannot be returned in their original condition because they have been opened, used, transferred, damaged, lost or for other reasons, Nu Skin may at its sole discretion charge you for the free item(s) (ageLOC Galvanic Body Spa: S$500, ageLOC Body Shaping Gel: S$100, LED Mirror S$30). When making refunds for products purchased under the Promotion, Nu Skin shall use the discounted price under the Promotion as the price to calculate the refund amount. Other terms and conditions in relation to product refunds and exchanges shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.

6. The return of products may affect your eligibility to receive Bonuses and your pin level, and if Bonuses have already been paid on the returned products, then Nu Skin Singapore will recoup your Bonuses pursuant to the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.

7. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, offers, other promotions, privileges and promotion codes, unless otherwise stated.

8. Promotion Packages cannot be used to create orders under the Automatic Re-Ordering (ARO) Program.

9. All products and free items of this Promotion are on a first-come-first-served-basis, while stocks last. Nu Skin may at its sole discretion substitute any free item with other items of comparable value without prior notice.

10. Free items are not exchangeable or refundable for cash.

11. All prices are inclusive of GST.

12. Nu Skin reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Promotion and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.

13. In the event of a dispute concerning the terms and conditions, the decision of Nu Skin is final and binding.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
