• Products sold in a Pack may be returned as an entire and complete Pack or as individual products as long as these returned products are in an unopened and resalable condition.
• In the event any products sold in a Pack are returned individually and not as an entire and complete Pack but in an unopened and resaleable condition, Nu Skin will refund at a discounted price to be determined at Nu Skin’s sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, individual products in the ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa Kit and ageLOC Galvanic Body Spa Kit are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If any free items for return were given as gift vouchers but have been used, redeemed or lost, you shall repay Nu Skin the full monetary value of such gift vouchers.
• Each purchase of S$200 worth of Products in a single invoice entitles you to one (1) prize coupon (“Coupon”). Coupons can be used to redeem prizes as listed in the attached Expo Prize Poster. Coupons will be collected from you upon prize redemption.
• If you return any products pursuant to clauses 5 to 8 above, you must also return any and all prize(s) redeemed pursuant to clause 9. For the avoidance of doubt, the return of the prize(s) redeemed pursuant to clause 9 is subject to clauses 7 and 8 above. Additionally, the Nu Friend Sign Up Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• All gifts and/or free items received under the Nu Friend Sign-Up promotion are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

• Free items and gift vouchers are not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Nu Skin may at its sole discretion substitute any free item with other items of comparable value without prior notice.

• The purchase of EXPO Sponsoring Packages can be used to fulfil your monthly ARO requirements only during the validity of the Promotion period from 1 February to 28 February 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, the EXPO Sponsoring Packages cannot be used to create continuing ARO purchases.
• All products, prizes and free items under this Promotion are on a first-come-first-served-basis, while stocks last.
• Nu Skin reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Promotion and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute concerning the terms and conditions of this Promotion, the decision of Nu Skin is final and binding.
