1. The ageLOC Anti-Aging Skincare Pack 500PSV (“Package”) is open to all Nu Skin Singapore distributors from 15 May (12pm) to 17 June (4pm) 2017.

2. The ARP Bonus is expected to be given to the Qualifier’s bank account for receiving commissions in the following month after his/her direct downline’s purchase.

3. The Package will be offered in the form of a set, and each set consists of the following items:

i.     1 ageLOC Me Starter Kit 200PSV;

ii.    1 ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa 250PSV Pack; and

iii.   2 ageLOC Galvanic Facial Gels.

4. Purchases can only be made and processed at Nu Skin Singapore Showcase and Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com.sg from 15 May (12pm) to 17 June (4pm) 2017.

5. Free items do not carry Personal Sales Volume (PSV).

6. This Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, offers, promotions, privileges and promotion codes, unless otherwise stated.

7. No items in the Package can be used to fulfil the requirements of the Automatic Re-Ordering (ARO) Program.

8. All promotional products and free items are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

9. You understand and agree that your entitlement to purchase the Package at the discounted price under the Promotion is conditional upon your agreement to participate in the ageLOC Me ARO Program and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the ARO Program.

10. To entitle for the discounted price for the Package, you must submit the ARO Program contract to Nu Skin Showcase Centre within thirty (30) days (“Specified Period”) from the date of your purchase.

11. If you fail to submit the ARO Program contract within the Specified Period, the terms and conditions of the ARO Program contract shall not apply to you; you agree that your order of the products under the Promotion shall remain valid; and you authorize Nu Skin to recoup SGD 480, being the total amount of product discount you received on the Package, by debiting your distributor account or the credit card you have provided to Nu Skin.

12. Subject to the terms and conditions in the ARO Program contract, in the event of early termination of the ARO Program contract prior to the expiry of the six (6) months term, you agree and authorize Nu Skin to recoup the total amount of product discount you received on the Package and the ARO Program contract (the product discount refers to the difference of ARO price and the wholesale price which prices are subject to change and the price discount for the ageLOC Me® Customized Cartridge Set is currently S$40 per set).

13. You may return the products that can be resold individually within the Package so long as these products are unopened and resalable. If any of these products is returned, you must also return the free item(s), complimentary gift voucher(s) and VISIA Scan ticket. If any of these products is returned, you must also return all the complimentary gifts including the Nu Skin Travel Toiletry Set, ageLOC Me Carry Me Bag, ageLOC Earrings, ageLOC Me Skin, complimentary gift voucher(s) and VISIA Scan Ticket, which must also be unopened and resalable.  If the complimentary gifts cannot be returned or they cannot be returned in its original status because they have been opened, used, transferred, damaged, lost or other reasons, you must pay for the complimentary gifts to Nu Skin – Travel Toiletry Set worth S$40 comprising one (1) Toiletry Pouch worth S$25 and one (1) Make-Up Pouch worth S$15; Sona Electric Stewing Pot: S$69; Insulated Cooler Bag: S$10; ageLOC Earrings: S$30; ageLOC Me Skin: S$25; and ageLOC Me Carry Me Bag: S$30.

14. In the event that you return any items within the Package, Nu Skin shall use the discounted price under the Program as the price to calculate the refund amount. Other terms and conditions in relation to product refunds and exchanges shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.

15. In the event of a return of any Package, the Qualifier will be disqualified from being entitled to the ARP Bonus and Nu Skin reserves the right to recoup the ARP Bonus from the Qualifier by

i.    requiring a direct payment of the amount from the Qualifier, or

ii.   deducting the amount from the Qualifier’s present or future bonus payments.

16. To be eligible for the ARP Bonus the purchaser and the Qualifier must comply with Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures and meet all of the requirements of Nu Skin’s Sales Compensation Plan including retail sales. Distributors are prohibited from submitting orders in the name of another Distributor without the Distributor’s prior written approval and such approvals must be provided to Nu Skin upon request. If the Distributor violates Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable local laws, Nu Skin reserves the right to take further actions against them including but not limited to recouping all the ARP Bonus(s) the Distributors obtain from this Program.

17. In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation of the terms and conditions and the Package, the decision of Nu Skin is final and binding.

18. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed to amend, modify or change any terms and conditions of the purchaser’s existing ARO contract.

19. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of 2017 Parents Day ageLOC Anti-Aging Skincare Pack 500PSV. In the event of any inconsistency between the above terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of ARP ageLOC Anti-Aging Skincare Pack 500PSV, the terms and conditions of ARP ageLOC Anti-Aging Skincare Pack shall prevail.

20. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
