1.       This ageLOC EXPO x Mother’s Day Promotion (“Promotion”) is open exclusively to all Nu Skin Singapore (“Nu Skin”) Brand Affiliates from 29 April (12pm) to 23 May (4pm) 2020 (“Promotion Period”). Your participation in this Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.       The Promotion applies only to the purchases of the following seven (7) packages (each referred to as an “EXPO Package”):

1.       ageLOC TR90 System (Chocolate/Vanilla/GreenShake);

2.       ageLOC Ultimate Duo Pack;

3.       ageLOC Y-Span Pack (10 bottles);

4.       ageLOC R² Pack (12 sets);

and the following five (5) packages (each referred to as a “Mother’s Day Package”):

1.       At-Home Vitality Pack;

2.       At-Home Healthy Weight Pack (Chocolate/Vanilla/GreenShake);

3.       At-Home Nutrients Pack;

4.       At-Home Burn & Lean Pack; and

5.       At-Home Bath Indulgence Pack

3.       Any purchase of EXPO Packages or Mother’s Day Packages must be made via the Nu Skin Singapore’s website during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Free Gifts

4.       Each EXPO Package purchased will entitle you to receive one (1) ageLOC Tru Face Essence Ultra free. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not apply to the purchase of Mother’s Day packages. In addition, with a minimum spend of S$2,000 worth of Nu Skin products in a single invoice, you will also receive one (1) Travel Essential Pack worth S$192 free.

5.       Subject to the following spending tiers in a single invoice, other free gifts available under the Promotion are as follows:

1.       Spending between S$250 to S$499: 1 x Collapsible Lunch Box Set of 3 worth S$39.90

2.       Spending between S$500 to S$999: 1 x Epoch Ava Puhi Shampoo & Conditioner 750ml worth S$80.00

3.       Spending between S$1,000 to S$1,499: 2 x Ultimate Mask Snowhite + 2 x AP24 Toothpaste worth S$96.00

4.       Spending between S$1,500 to S$1,999: 1 x Tru Face Ultra Uplifting Crème S$132.00

Please note that, due to the COVID-19 situation, redemption coupons will not be given out during the May EXPO.

General Terms & Conditions

6.       Your entitlement to receive the free gifts listed in Clause 5 is based on the amount spent in a single invoice and no combination of invoices is allowed. For avoidance of doubt, each invoice entitles you to receive only one free gift from the list, based on the amount spent in that single invoice.

7.       All free gifts are available only while stocks last.

8.       Nu Skin reserves the right and discretion to supplement, replace or remove the free gifts offered at any time without prior notice. You are advised to check for the latest free gifts on offer on the Nu Skin Singapore website during the Promotion Period.

9.       Any purchases after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Promotion.

10.   Free gifts do not carry any Sales Volume.  Further, free gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

11.   All requests for refund in relation to the purchases made under this Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures. In the case of return of products purchased under this Promotion, the free gift(s) must also be returned in an unopened and resalable condition. Unless specified otherwise, individual products in the EXPO Packages or Mother’s Day Promotion Packages may be returned provided they are unopened and in a resalable condition. Nu Skin shall use the discounted price under the Promotion as the price to calculate the refund amount. In the event you are unable to return any of the free gift(s) in an unopened and resalable condition, you agree that Nu Skin may at its sole discretion, deduct the value of the free gift(s) as specified below from the total refund amount to you:

Note: Individual products in the ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa Kit and ageLOC Galvanic Body Spa Kit are non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, the Nu Friend Sign Up Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

12.   Unless stated otherwise, no vouchers, discounts, offers, other promotions, privileges and promotion codes, can be used in conjunction with the Promotion.

13.   The purchase of EXPO Packages or Mother’s Day Packages can be used to fulfil your monthly Automatic Re-Ordering Program (“ARO”) requirements during the Promotion period. For the avoidance of doubt, the EXPO Packages or Mother’s Day Packages cannot be used to create continuing ARO purchases.

14.   Nu Skin reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Promotion or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.

15.   This Promotion is an optional programme whose terms incorporate the relevant terms and conditions of your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures and the Sales Performance Plan. Accordingly, any dispute in respect of this Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Policies and Procedures.
