4. Free items do not carry Personal Sales Volume (PSV).
5. Free items are not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Nu Skin Singapore reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions herein and substitute the free items with item(s) of comparable value at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

All requests for refund in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin Singapore’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedures and purchases under the Promotion must be returned together with the free item(s) in an unopened and resalable condition.
