Step1：Press the On/Off button once to turn on ageLOC® Galvanic Body Spa®. Your moistened hand must be touching the chrome activators.
Step2：After applying ageLOC® Body Shaping Gel to the treatment area, gently touch the conductive surface against the area for the current level to self-adjust.
Step3：Enjoy the 5-minute Spa treatment. For optimal result, use three times a week.
Step 4 : For enhanced and optimized firming results, apply ageLOC® Dermatic Effects® Body Contouring Lotion every morning and night.
