By purchasing this product and signing up for the GoWear™ Fit armband lease-to-own program, you agree to the following:

• You must maintain a My Victory Lease Product ADR during the 4 month lease-to-own program.
• This lease program may be cancelled at any time by returning your GoWear™ Fit Armband. Please call our support center at 1-800-487-1000 to set up your return. The lease is considered cancelled upon receipt of the returned armband.
• After the 1st month’s initial payment ($350 retail), charges will be separated into 2 payments; $275 (retail) for the My Victory product ADR and $75 for the GoWear™ Fit armband lease.
• Lease is non-transferrable.
• Return/ Refund Policy
  • Unopened product (AC Shakes, AC Complex) can be returned in accordance with our standard return policies.
  • For a full refund, GoWear™ Fit Armband and product must be returned unused and unopened within 30 days. The associated armband web subscription must also not be activated.
  • Monthly lease fee is non-refundable.
• This ADR cannot be managed online. To make changes or to cancel your ADR please call our support center at 1-800-487-1000. You may change your My Victory product flavor at any time during the lease.
• This ADR cannot be placed on hold.
• After 4 months the lease payment is completed and you own the armband.
