Scanning is now easier than ever with the brand new Scan Card. The Scan Card replaces the paper scan certificates that have been used since the launch of the Scanner. Scan Cards are reusable – the card will be used for both an initial and subsequent scans.
The Scanner Portfolio brochure is a valuable tool that provides useful information regarding the Pharmanex BioPhotonic Scanner, including how the Scanner works, factors that influence a person’s Scanner score, and what a Scanner score means, and how to raise your score with LifePak.

White copy (top page)
The first page of the certificate features three perforated sections — each section contains the certificate ID number. The first section is for the scan operator/consultant. The second section is for the consultant, and third is for the scan participant.
Yellow copy (middle page)
This copy is a backup copy of the first page and is to be kept by the scan operator for tracking purposes.
Pink copy (last page)
This page is the Automatic Delivery Rewards form. After the scan participant is scanned and they are invited to put LifePak® on ADR, this is the page they need to fax into the company. It is only valid when completely filled out — with credit card information and signature.
