Terms and Conditions for CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM

1. Conditions for Participating in the Promotion:

• Register for the ARO Program.

• Each order under the ARO Program must have a minimum value of 1,700,000 VND (equivalent to 50 PV) or more.

2. Customer Benefits for Joining the Program:

• Purchase products at ARO Price.

• After completing the ARO Program registration process, Loyal Customers will be able to purchase products from the promotional product list below at ARO Price each month.

• Free shipping for all orders.

NOTE:

• Customers may change their auto-repeated order products at any time within the list of products during their participation in the promotion.

• If no orders are placed under the ARO Program for 3 consecutive months, the customer will no longer be a member of the ARO Program.

• 10% Discount Voucher, Maximum Discount of 600,000 VND

• Each Loyal Customer who places one order per month under the ARO Program within a 3-month period will receive one 10% discount voucher, with a maximum discount of 600,000 VND.

NOTE:

• If no orders are placed under the ARO Program for 3 consecutive months, the customer will not be eligible for the discount voucher.

• Each discount voucher can only be used for purchasing Nu Skin Vietnam products in the next order, with a maximum order value of 6,000,000 VND.

• Discount vouchers will be sent via SMS in the first week of each month.

• The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt.

• The discount voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Returns:

• If a product purchased using a discount voucher is returned, the customer will lose the discount amount used to purchase that product.
