A. JOINING THE PROGRAM for LOYALTY customers
1) What is the Customer Loyalty Program?
Customer loyalty program (“Program”) will begin on 1 January 2025 and is designed to reward and thank loyal customers who purchase Nu Skin products on a subscription program (previously known as “Automatic Re-Order (ARO) Program.
2) What is a subscription program?
A subscription program is a monthly recurring order of your favorite products! This is what we used to call “Automatic Re-Order (ARO) Program” in our market.
3) Who is eligible to join the Customer Loyalty Program?
The Customer Loyalty Program is available to customers who are legal residents of Vietnam and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. If a Customer becomes a Brand Affiliate, that Brand Affiliate will stop receiving benefit from this program.
4) How do I join the Customer Loyalty Program?
You can join the Customer Loyalty Program by signing up as a Preferred Customer at www.nuskin.com and following the instructions (you must provide us with your information, including your email address, and set up a username and password), then need to complete the Auto Re-Ordering (ARO). If you already be a Preferred Customer with Nu Skin, you simply need to complete the Auto Re-Ordering (ARO) for being enrolled (see instruction for ARO registration Here).
5) What are the benefits of the Customer Loyalty Program?
When you have a subscription (ARO) order, you will be automatically enrolled into the Customer Loyalty Program. You’ll be eligible to enjoy
• Special Subscription Pricing for selected products.
• Milestone Reward of 10% Discount code (max 600,000 VNĐ) for every 3 consecutive months of subscription with minimum 1,700,000 VNĐ each month (also see Section B below)
• Free delivery for ARO order from 1,700,000 VNĐ (50PV).
• Additional subscription benefits (if any) which will be publicly announced after registered with local authority and be approved.
6) Is there a cost to join the Customer Loyalty Program?
No, there is no cost to join.
7) What am I agreeing to by joining the Customer Loyalty Program?
By becoming a Customer Loyalty Program member, you agree that you have read, understood and you agree to be bound by the Program Terms & Conditions, as well as such incorporated terms and conditions, including the terms of our Privacy Notice, and by any changes or modifications we may make in the future.
8) How do I participate in this Customer Loyalty Program?
Customer Loyalty Program has no levels/tiers and no point systems. It is simple and easy. Customer Loyalty Program is based on subscription orders (ARO). When you subscribe and purchase monthly products, you will continue to receive rewards and save.
When it comes to what is most important in this Program, it is all about maintaining your monthly subscription (ARO), and that is it! Just one subscription order of minimum 1,700,000 VNĐ (50PV) each month and you can enjoy the benefits of Customer Loyalty Program.
9) What would happen if I missed payment of my subscription (ARO) for a month and I don’t cancel my subscription, will the system automatically drop me out of the program?
Should you cancel your monthly subscription (ARO) or miss payment for a monthly subscription, but do not terminate your subscription to our subscription (ARO) program, your Eligible Count will be reset to zero. You need to have 3 Eligible Counts in order to receive a Milestone Rewards. If there is no ARO order in consecutive 03 months, then you no be longer as ARO member.
B. MILESTONE REWARD 10% DISCOUNT CODE
10) How is 10% Discount Code earned?
Milestone Rewards of 10% Discount Code (max discount 600,000 VNĐ) is awarded when you make 3 consecutive months of product purchases with a minimum of 1,700,000 VNĐ (50PV) each month under subscription (each an “Eligible Count”).
- Note:
o If there is not any ARO order within 03 consecutive months, then you will not entitle 10% Discount Code.
o Each code allowed for redemption by one time only for following order of Nu Skin Vietnam products, with max value of 6,000,000 VNĐ.
o Discount code will be sent via SMS by the first week of following month.
o Discount code will expire 3 months after the date they are issued
o Discount code not transferable, not allowed to exchange into cash and cannot be layered with other promotions.
o If you return a product and items purchased with discount code, you will lose the reward amount used to purchase the product or items.
11) Can I earn 10% Discount Code on product purchase made in other markets?
No, you can only earn 10% Discount Code from product purchases made in your local market.
12) Can I redeem my 10% Discount Code in other markets?
No, you can only redeem 10% Discount Code in Vietnam.
13) How do I receive my 10% Discount Code?
You will receive your 10% Discount Code via Nu Skin SMS. So, make sure you provide correct your phone number and check your SMS from Nu Skin Vietnam.
14) How can 10% Discount Code be redeemed?
They can be redeemed directly through Nu Skin sales channels (online, Vera and Stela or at walk-in/experience centers). The rewards will not be redeemable on third party marketplaces
15) How can I use 10% Discount Code that I earned from the Loyalty Customer program?
Each 10% Discount Code can be redeemable in 01 order with minimum purchase of 600,000,000 VNĐ. However, some items are not redeemable. 10% Discount Code cannot be layered with other promotions.
16) How can I tell when my 10% Discount Code are going to expire?
In general, all 10% Discount Code earned will expire after 3 months from the date they are issued. We will inform you when the 10% Discount Code are issued via SMS (sent by the fist week of following month). If you are in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact your local Nu Skin office
17) Can I return a product or other items that I purchased using 10% Discount Code?
Yes, you can return product(s) and item(s) purchased with 10% Discount Code, however, you will lose the reward amount used to purchase the product or items
18) Will there be any termination penalty if I chose to stop participating in the Loyalty Customer Program? What will happen to my remaining reward
If you choose to opt out of the Program, you will need to terminate your subscription to our subscription program. There is no penalty if you choose to opt out of the Program, however you will lose all remaining rewards in your account. To any 10% Discount Code that you had received, it still be valid within 03 months from the date of issuing.
Will there be any termination penalty if I choose to stop participating in the Rewards Program? What will happen to my earned Milestone Reward?
If you choose to terminate your Rewards Program, you will need to terminate your subscription to our subscription program. There is no penalty if you choose to opt out of the Rewards Program, however you will lose rewards in your account.
C. ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
19) What are “additional subscription benefits” in Q5 above?
In order to thank our loyal customers, the company may introduce seasonal promotions, e.g. shipping discounts, birthday treats, etc. These perks may or may not be permanent, but they serve as seasonal rewards for subscribers of our subscription program.
Nu Skin Vietnam will announce “Additional subscription benefits” after register and approve by authority.
D. MEMBER STATUS
20) Will my member status expire?
Your member status will not expire, however, if you do not maintain any subscription order during 03 consecutive months with min 50PV per month, you will not receive 10% Discount Code or other additional subscription benefits.
