A: Nu Skin has put significant thought and consideration into this strategy, and we realize that some beloved products may not have made the cut. However, we are confident that shifting our focus to key products and brands—as well as future innovations—will ultimately benefit Affiliates and customers in the long run. Therefore, we will not be reintroducing products that have been discontinued.
Q: What is the approximate timeline for this product discontinuation?
A: Timing varies by market, but it will begin in 2024 and extend through early 2025.
Q: Why do some markets still have products that have been discontinued in my market?
A: If a product has been discontinued in some markets and not others, it is likely because the product has not been meeting the desired sales threshold in particular markets, and/or we believe its replacement product will deliver similar—or more enhanced—benefits.
