• All current ENJOY members must redeem their existing remaining points by 31 December 2024, 23:59pm. Unredeemed points will be forfeited. 

 

On 1 January 2025, we will introduce a new Nu Skin Rewards Program to thank our customers for their continued support. We will continue to enhance your experience with Nu Skin.

 

A. JOINING THE NEW NU SKIN REWARDS PROGRAM

Q1) What is the Nu Skin Rewards Program?

The Nu Skin Rewards Program (“Program” or “Rewards Program”) will begin on 1 January 2025 and is designed to reward and thank loyal customers who purchase Nu Skin products on a subscription program (previously known as “Automatic Re-Order (ARO) Program”).

  

Q2) What is a Subscription Program?

 The Subscription Program is a monthly recurring order of your favorite products! This is what we used to call “Automatic Re-Order (ARO) Program” in our market.


Q3) Who is eligible to join the Nu Skin Rewards Program?

The Nu Skin Rewards Program is available to registered members and Brand Affiliates who are legal residents of Philippines and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.

Brand Affiliates who are Qualifying Brand Representatives and above are not eligible to participate in the Nu Skin Rewards program.   If a Brand Affiliate becomes a Qualifying Brand Representative after enjoying the benefits of Nu Skin Rewards, that Brand Affiliate will stop receiving these rewards. 

 

Q4) How do I join the Nu Skin Rewards Program?

 You do not need to do anything in order to join the Nu Skin Rewards Program. Once you have enrolled in our subscription program, you will be automatically enrolled in the Nu Skin Rewards Program unless you are a Qualifying Brand Representative or above and therefore you are not eligible to join the Nu Skin Rewards Program.

 

Q5) What are the benefits of the Nu Skin Rewards Program?

When you have a subscription program (ARO) order, you will be automatically enrolled into Nu Skin’s Rewards Program. You’ll be eligible to enjoy:

• Special Subscription Pricing for selected products.

• Milestone Reward of PHP1,500 voucher for every 3 consecutive months of subscription with minimum 50PV each month (also see Section B below).

• Additional subscription benefits such as Birthday gifts, Shipping benefits and others

 

Q6) Is there a cost to join Nu Skin Rewards Program?

No, there is no cost to join.

 

Q7) What am I agreeing to by joining the Nu Skin Rewards Program?

By becoming a Nu Skin Rewards Program member, you agree that you have read, understood and you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the subscription program and the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program, as well as our Privacy Notice.

 

Q8) I am a current ENJOY member; how do I participate in Nu Skin Rewards Program?
Nu Skin Rewards Programs has no levels/tiers and no point systems. It is simple and easy. Nu Skin Rewards is based on Subscription orders. When you subscribe and purchase monthly products, you will continue to receive rewards and save.

When it comes to what is most important in this Program, it is all about maintaining your monthly Subscription, and that is it! Just one subscription order of 50PV each month and you can enjoy the benefits of Nu Skin Rewards Program.

If you are currently in this tier, please sign up for a monthly Subscription order and you will be automatically enrolled into the Nu Skin Rewards Program!

  

enJoy Premier:

Thank you for being our ENJOY Premier member!

You will be automatically placed in the Rewards Program since you are already enrolled into the monthly subscription program! You will earn PHP1,500 Milestone Rewards vouchers for every 3 consecutive months of successful subscription order of 50PV each month!

 

Q9) What would happen if I missed payment for my subscription program for a month and I did not cancel my subscription? Will the system automatically drop me out of the program?

Should you cancel your monthly subscription or miss a payment for a monthly subscription, as long as you will not terminate your Subscription program, your Eligible Count will be reset to zero. You need to have 3 Eligible Counts to receive a Milestone Rewards voucher.  See Q10 below.

Unless your subscription program is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription program or you write in to terminate your subscription program, you can continue to stay in the Rewards Program. But you may not earn all the benefits under the Rewards Program.

  

B. MILESTONE REWARD

Q10) How are Milestone Reward earned?

Milestone Rewards PHP1,500 voucher is awarded when you make 3 consecutive months of product purchases with a minimum of 50pv each month under subscription (each an “Eligible Count”). Shipping and handling charges are not included in the calculation of purchases. Additional rewards or discount may also be awarded for ad hoc events, milestones, or other experiences at Nu Skin’s discretion.

 

Q11) Can I earn Milestone Reward on product purchases made in other markets?

No, you can only earn Milestone Rewards from product purchases made in your local market.

 

Q12) Can I redeem my Milestone Reward in other markets?

No, you can only redeem Milestone Rewards in the market where you are registered.

 

Q13) How do I receive my Milestone Reward?

You will receive your Milestone rewards via Nu Skin email. So, make sure you check your email!

 

Q14) How can Milestone Reward be redeemed?

They can be redeemed directly through Nu Skin sales channels (online, Vera and Stela, or at walk-in/experience centers). The rewards will not be redeemable on third party marketplaces.

 

Q15) How can I use the PHP1,500 Milestone Rewards vouchers that I earned from the Rewards program?

Each Milestone Reward voucher can be redeemed with a minimum purchase.  However, some items are not redeemable.  Milestone Rewards cannot be layered with other promotions, sales materials, accessories, business kits, home care products (Ecosphere and Ecosphere Cartridge), beauty devices, (ex: ageLOC WellSpa, ageLOC LumiSpa iO, ageLOC Galvanic Spa), and newly launched products. These differ from market to market. Please check with your local market for more details.

 

Q16) How can I tell when my Milestone Reward is going to expire?

In general, all Milestone Rewards earned will expire after 3 months from the date they are issued. We will inform you when the Milestone Rewards are issued via email.
If you are in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact your local Nu Skin office.

 

Q17) If I return a product purchased under subscription or cancel my subscription order, what will happen to my Milestone Reward qualifications & rewards?

If this happens, as long as you do not terminate your subscription program, your Eligible Count will be reset to zero. You need to have 3 Eligible Counts to receive a Milestone Rewards voucher. See Q10 above.

 

Q18) Can I return a product or other items that I purchased using the Milestone rewards?

Yes, you can return a product, and items purchased with Milestone Rewards, however, you will lose the reward amount used to purchase the product or items.

 

Q19) Will there be any termination penalty if I chose to stop participating in the Rewards Program? What will happen to my remaining rewards?

If you choose to opt out of the Rewards Program, you will need to terminate your subscription program. There is no penalty if you choose to opt out of the Rewards Program, however you will lose all remaining rewards in your account. When you terminate your subscription program, you need notify the company 15 days prior to order date, otherwise, the request will be facilitated on the following month. 

 

C. ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS

Q20) What are the “additional subscription benefits” in Q5 above?

In order to thank our loyal customers, the company may introduce seasonal promotions, e.g. shipping discount, birthday treats, etc. These perks may or may not be permanent, but they serve as seasonal rewards for our subscription program participants.

Some subscription benefits like the Birthday Treats and Shipping Privileges are open to ALL who have had a subscription (ARO) order. This may differ from market to market. Please contact your local office to confirm this.

 

D. MEMBER STATUS

Q21) Will my member status expire?

Your member status will not expire, however, if you do not maintain a monthly subscription order of 50PV each month, you will not receive the Milestone Rewards or other additional subscription benefits.

 

Q22) Do I have to inform the company if I want to stop participating in the Rewards Program? If so, what are the procedures?

Yes, if you want to terminate the Rewards Program, you will have to terminate your subscription program. You will need to inform the company by sending a formal notice 15 days prior to your subscription order date. Request can be submitted over the counter at Experience Center or via email at nsorder@nuskin.com.

 

Q23) After I opt out of the Rewards Program, can I enroll back again into the Program again? When I re-enroll in the Program, can I continue with the previous balance?

You can re-enroll in the Rewards Program again by setting up a sSubscription to start to buy every month again. However, your Milestone Rewards will be refreshed, and your Eligible Count will be reset to zero.

 

Q24) If I decide to do Nu Skin business as a long-term business, when will I cease the Rewards Program - after I submit my Letter of Intent (LOI) or when I pass my LOI?

You will cease the Nu Skin Rewards Program once you submit LOI (not when you pass LOI).  You will cease to receive the Milestone Rewards and will be rewarded through the Velocity program for your efforts to build business.


Q25) I am currently a customer who is enrolled in the Rewards Program and with an active subscription (ARO). What will happen to my subscription (ARO) order and monthly delivery after I submit LOI and cease being eligible for the Rewards Program?

After you submit your LOI and cease being eligible for the Rewards Program, your subscription (ARO) will remain unchanged, and you can continue receiving monthly deliveries as scheduled.  You can use the remaining Milestone Rewards in your balance until they expire, but you will no longer earn any more Milestone Rewards.
