2025 HKMC SUSTAINABLE GROWTH CHALLENGE

Qualification period:

January 2025 to December 2025

 

Qualification target:

Brand Representatives (“BR”) or above registered in Hong Kong or Macau

 

Qualification requirements:

I.  During the qualification period, every time a new BR in your G1-G3 achieves 4/6/8/10 Building Blocks in the first 4 months after becoming a new BR (the first month refers to the month of the Brand Representative Promotion Date), you will accumulate 1/2/3/4 points respectively.

II. To qualify for the Sustainable Growth Challenge, you must achieve the following requirements:

1.  Accumulate at least 50 points.

2.  At the cut-off month:

a)  Your accumulated Organizational Sales Volume must grow by at least 20% during the period from January 2025 to the cut-off month (June/December) compared with the same period of last year.

b)  You must maintain or achieve the incentive title of Executive Brand Partner or above.

3.  You must meet the applicable Success Trip qualification requirements in the respective cut-off month:

a)  As at the cut-off month of June 2025, you must have completed at least one month of the 2026 Success Trip qualification requirements.

b)  As at the cut-off month of December 2025, you must have completed all the 2026 Success Trip qualification requirements.

III. You can only accumulate points for the months that you maintain as Brand Representative or above and achieve four Building Blocks.

IV.  Only new BR accounts from TW and HKMC markets will be counted for the calculation of points. Only Sales Volume from TW and HKMC markets will be counted for the calculation of Organizational Sales Volume.

V.   Definitions:

a)  Organizational Sales Volume ("OSV") is the sum of the monthly Sales Volume from your Consumer Group, the Consumer Groups of your G1–G6 Brand Representatives, the Consumer Groups of your Business Builder Position G6 Brand Representatives, and the Consumer Groups of your Presidential Director Business Builder Position G6 Brand Representatives. 

b)  Accumulated OSV is the sum of the OSV from January 2025 to the cut-off month.

c)  Accumulated OSV growth is a comparison between the summed OSV from January 2025 to the cut-off month and the summed OSV during the same period of 2024.

 

Rewards:

I.  You will get a bonus for points accumulated during the qualification period, as set forth below.

I.  When the accumulated points exceed 200 points, an extra HKD 140,000 will be rewarded for each additional 200 points. You will not receive a partial bonus for less than 50 points.

II.  The bonuses are cut off twice a year (in June and December) and will be paid in August 2025 and February 2026 respectively.

III. If you qualify in both June and December, the bonus for your qualification in December will be reduced by the amount already paid to you for your qualification in June.

 

Incentive Terms and Conditions:

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in this 2025 HKMC Sustainable Growth Challenge ("Incentive") constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of all Incentive rules and requirements, including these terms and conditions:

1.  Only Nu Skin Brand Affiliates in good standing in participating Velocity markets may participate in this Incentive. If you violate the terms and conditions of your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, Sales Performance Plan, or the relevant terms and conditions of this Incentive (collectively the “Agreements”) during your participation in this Incentive, you may be deemed ineligible, and the Company may, at its sole discretion, withhold rewards under this Incentive, take any actions provided under the Agreements, and seek to recover any loss incurred by the Company as a result of any manipulation, including withholding future sales compensation.

2.  To become eligible for the rewards under this Incentive, other than meeting the qualification requirements under this Incentive, the requirements under  the Sales Performance Plan (including retail sales requirements) have to be met also.

3.  The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of your performance under this Incentive. Any account that was proved to be in violation of the requirements set forth in the Agreements will be considered invalid and may result in disciplinary action.

4.   You may not buy or encourage other Brand Affiliates or Brand Representatives to buy Products in order to qualify for rewards under this Incentive. This Incentive is designed to reward participants for building healthy Consumer Groups and helping other participants build healthy Consumer Groups. The Company reserves the right to refuse to pay any rewards under this Incentive if it determines that the Brand Representative encouraged other participants to purchase inventory to meet qualification requirements rather than assisting them to build a healthy Consumer Group.

5.  The Company reserves the right to cancel your eligibility and recoup the reward received by you (or an amount equivalent to the reward) if any of the following occurs:

1)  if you no longer satisfy the requirements for reward following a product return after deducting Sales Volumes of the returned products; or

2)  if you violate the Agreements or any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to inventory loading through manipulating accounts, or you and your downline violate the Agreements or any applicable laws and regulations.

6.  The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Incentive at any time based on market performance, participation status or other factors at the Company’s sole discretion. In the event of termination, only rewards earned through the date of termination will be paid.

7.  Meanings of the capitalized terms that are not defined in this Incentive may be found in the Agreements. For the purposes of this Incentive, “Company” refers to Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC and its affiliated companies.

8.   If there are any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
