(I) Qualification Period:
January – December 2025
(II) Target Participants:
New Brand Representatives with a Brand Representative Promotion Date from October 2024 to December 2025
(III) Qualification Requirement and Rewards:
In the first 4 months after promotion (the first month refers to the month of the Brand Representative Promotion Date), every time the new Brand Representative achieves 10 Building Blocks with 2,500 Direct Customer Sales Volume, he/she will receive one bottle of ageLOC® Tru Face® Peptide Retinol Complex, one bottle of ageLOC® TRU FACE® ESSENCE ULTRA and one bottle of ageLOC® META as reward.
(IV) Terms and Conditions:
1. Rewards will be calculated monthly, and each new Brand Representative can only receive the rewards for a maximum of 4 times during the Qualification Period.
2. The Program is only applicable to new Brand Representatives in Hong Kong and Macau markets.
3. New Brand Representatives who qualified for the New Brand Representative Product Reward (領導力潛力獎) in 2023 and 2024 will not be eligible to participate in this 2025 Program, even he/she becomes a new Brand Representative again.
4. Any Building Blocks and Direct Customer Sales Volume that have been accomplished before the Qualification Period (i.e. before January 2025) would not be counted for this Program.
5. The final month to earn the reward is December 2025, to be distributed in January 2026.
6. For Brand Representatives who are promoted in the middle of a month, the Building Blocks and Direct Customer Sales Volume that have been accomplished before the promotion date would not be counted for this Program.
7. Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC ("Nu Skin") reserves the right to cancel the Target Participant’s eligibility and recoup the rewards received by the Target Participant or an amount equivalent to the rewards if any of the following occurs:
i. If the Target Participant no longer satisfies the requirements of this Program following a product return after deducting the Sales Volumes of the returned products; or
ii. If the Target Participant violates Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to inventory loading through manipulating accounts, or the Target Participant and his/her downlines violate the Agreements or relevant laws and regulations.
8. The rewards cannot be returned or exchanged unless the rewards are defective.
9. Returns and refunds shall be handled in accordance with Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures and the Brand Affiliate Agreement (applicable to brand affiliates) or Member Agreement (applicable to members).
10. Nu Skin has the right to make changes to or terminate this Program at any time and reserves the right to make final interpretation and decision of this Program.
11. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
