Margarete Janzen

 

My name is Margarete Janzen. I am 39 years old, and I was born in Russia. In 1990 my family decided to start a new life in Germany. I love all kinds of sports for example fitness which keeps me active and balanced as I come from a sport loving family. Shortly after my graduation, I was ready for the professional world. I was young and full of excitement. I wanted to conquer the whole world with my ambition.

 

I found my passion in the beauty industry, and over the years I worked for different companies where I gained a lot of experience and insights into the industry. After some years, I knew that there is still more potential in me. In all those years within the cosmetic and beauty industry in, I developed a passion for permanent make-up. Back than I thought: “Why not build my own business?”. It took a lot of work but I opened my own business and beauty academy for permanent make-up, and enjoyed building it tremendously.

 

I started my career in the beauty industry way back in 2002 at the age of 19. Even though I got to experience a lot, I had the feeling that I was ready for something new. I then met a student who told me about network marketing, Nu Skin and its products, and the possibilities to create my own schedule and to choose my own workplace. She told me about the great products and business opportunity, and I joined Katharina Grosams team, as I couldn’t help but fall in love with the products.

 

When I started building my business with Nu Skin, I knew that I could use the skills that I have gained during my years in the beauty industry. I was always ambitious, and I knew that I could work towards my goals if I stayed focused. I had built a great community over the past few years. Our online business has never been difficult to me. I have shared my passion for the products with my community and showed them my dedication to this opportunity. I work hard towards every goal and I am very thankful to get this opportunity. I am happy about every milestone.

 

There is no way without any goals. Goals have a huge meaning and therefore I always plan those carefully. Since I had people on my side who had been doing this already, I have had a lot of inspiration on my journey. I have reached many great milestones and every year I set new goals to work towards. Events and new goal settings are planned monthly with the team to make plans to grow with the whole organisation and to move forward. In addition, the daily support and daily exchange motivates us all to work on our organisation’s growth. The daily focus is crucial for our online business.

 

My motto is 'BE YOUR OWN MASTER'. I embody discipline, strength, courage, perseverance and I want to share these qualities with my team. I try to see my business partners’ preferences, and their outstanding skills.  I offer them private coaching and photo shoots. I provide them with everything they need to help them grow. I love putting a smile on people's faces and to helping them on their journey.

 

Nu Skin has given me a whole new perspective on beauty. My experiences are always positive and emotional. The gratitude that I feel cannot be put into words. I feel like I got where I wanted to be in my life. I have gained my inner serenity. I remember this moment without any doubt right from the start. The person who brought me into this business is as important as my family. I trusted this person 100% and therefore my journey has been amazing!

 

I love that my personal values are aligned with Nu Skin. Throughout my life, it has always been important to me to help other people: I am proud to be part of Nu Skin and to be a "Force for Good" trying to make the world around me a little better, to support people and to give them opportunities.

 

I've always believed that good attracts good. This is also my guiding principle in business since we can steer so many things in the right direction. I always try to set a good example for my business partners as well as for those around me.
