Nu Skin is a direct selling company that produces and distributes high quality products through a network of independent Brand Affiliates. We demonstrate our tradition of innovation through our comprehensive anti-ageing product portfolio, rewarding business opportunity and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. has an exclusive right to import and distribute Nu Skin products. Nu Skin products are marketed and sold to Australian Brand Affiliates by Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. Nu Skin sell its products only to its Brand Affiliates who under their agreements with Nu Skin, are required to sell Nu Skin products by way of direct selling but not by any other means. Nu Skin Policies and Procedures (“P&P”) strictly prohibit the promotion and sale of Nu Skin product by Brand Affiliates via the Internet using websites i.e. Amazon, Gumtree, eBay etc. which are not produced and/or approved by the company.

All products sold by Nu Skin in Australia have been lawfully registered with the relevant authorities of Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. and comply with all the applicable law on food safety and cosmetic products.

Recently it has come to Nu Skin’s attention that some Nu Skin products are sold on websites other than Nu Skin official website (“Unauthorised Websites”).  We would like to highlight the following:

• The sale of Nu Skin products on these Unauthorised Websites is not authorised by Nu Skin
• The products sold on these Unauthorised Websites may not have been registered in Australia
• Nu Skin is not responsible for any violation of applicable product registration law and product safety law by these Unauthorised Websites or their website operators
• Products purchased on these Unauthorised Websites are not qualified for Nu Skin’s generous satisfaction guarantee (where applicable), nor are the products guaranteed to be tamper free
• Products purchased on these Unauthorised Websites are not qualified for Nu Skin’s refund policy without a valid sales order number from Nu Skin

Anyone who wishes to buy Nu Skin products in Australia should buy through the Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. office or authorised Nu Skin Brand Affiliates.
