This means you only need to achieve paid-as Executive Brand Partner and above title for 3 months instead of 4 months to join us in Istanbul!

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Notes:

1. New Star Definition:

To qualify as New Star, qualifier must never be recognized as SEA New Star and has minimum 4 SEA Certified Line in a month for 4 times during the qualification period. All Qualifiers must be paid minimally as Executive Brand Partner with 4 SEA Certified Line on December 2020. 

2. Star Definition:

Have been a New Star previously and have never been paid for 4 times with 4 SEA qualifying breakaways in the calendar year of 2019. All Qualifiers must be paid minimally as Executive Brand Partner with 4 SEA Certified Line on December 2020. 

3. Star Creator Definition:

A leader who has become a Star and have created at least 1 New SEA Star who has qualified for the trip. The New G1 SEA Star will be counted to the upline Executive in the month the New Star completed their 4th month of Star qualification. 

OR

A leader who has become a Star and have create a minimum of 1 INCREMENTAL Leadership Team with a minimum of 10,000 LTSV and maintain that Leadership Team for a minimum of four (4) months within the qualification year. Baseline of LT increment for Star Creator track qualifiers will be based on August 2019. All Qualifiers must be paid minimally as Executive Brand Partner with 4 SEA Certified Line on December 2020.  

SEA Certified Line:

Any G1 break away who managed to achieve 2000 GSV or 4 building blocks without taking any Grace/Flexblocks. AND 

Any G2 break away who managed to achieve 2000 GSV or 4 building blocks should the G1 have taken Grace/Flexblocks. 

Terms & Conditions

• The Istanbul Success Summit 2020 (“Summit”) is open to all Brand Representative – Presidential Director from Southeast Asia only.

• Participants who have satisfied the qualification criteria as set out above between September 2019 to December 2020 will be eligible to participate in the Summit (“Qualifier”).

• Nu Skin will notify the Qualifier via his/her telephone number or email address by 31 January 2021 and the Qualifier must confirm his/her attendance by 28 February 2021.

• The Qualifier is required to meet 4 building blocks per month from the start of the Qualification Period and no Flexblocks is allowed until the commencement of the Trip.

• Nu Skin will pay for the costs of return airfares, hotel accommodation, meals, local airport transfer, Nu Skin organised local group tours and meals during the Summit. All other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein shall be borne by the Qualifier.

• The Summit is limited to two Qualifiers per Brand Affiliate Account (Distributorship), who are named on the qualifying account at the start of the Qualification Period.

• Nu Skin may allow one of the Qualifiers to transfer his/her eligibility to attend the Summit to an immediate family member (Father, Mother and Child only) in the event he/she is unable to attend to the Summit, provided that the other Qualifier on the same account affirms his/her attendance to the Summit. (“Transfer”), In such case, the terms and conditions set out herein (where applicable) shall also apply to the immediate family member concerned. The application for transfer must be made within the qualification period and is subjected to Nu Skin’s absolute discretion.

• If for whatever reasons the Qualifier or his/her replacement fail to attend the Summit after his/her confirmation of attendance, the Qualifier agrees and authorises Nu Skin to recoup the flight costs, hotel accommodation, local airport transfers and/or such other costs and expenses incurred by the Qualifier or his/her replacement by deducting commission from the Qualifier’s Brand Affiliate (distributor) account any time, or by issuing a debit note to the qualifier for his/her settlement, or by any other means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.

• Qualifier will depart from the nearest capital city airport in their home country.

• Participation in the Summit is non-cash convertible.

• Qualifier is only entitled to attend the summit destination they have qualified for. Nu Skin will not honour a request to attend a future summit and any future compensation, regardless of circumstances.

• Without prejudice to Nu Skin’s product return policy in the Policies & Procedures (including but is not limited to Nu Skin’s right to recoup bonuses paid on returned products), product returns within 12 months (including return of products made by the downlines of the Qualifier that count towards the qualification) following the end of the Summit of more than 5% in the commissionable organization volume generated at the time of qualification that would have affected pin level and qualification for the Summit will result in disqualification from the Summit. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Brand Affiliate (Distributor) agrees to reimburse Nu Skin for the cost of the Summit, including but not limited to air fare, hotel accommodation, transportation costs, local group tours and other miscellaneous fees. Brand Affiliate (Distributor) must not be in breach of Section 6.5, Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures. Any indication of manipulation regarding the qualification criteria will disqualify any attempting to benefit from the action. This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for qualification purposes on downlines accounts.

• All Qualifiers MUST have their travel visas (if required) prior to the departure date. Qualifiers are responsible for obtaining their own visas and all expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the Summit. Any cancellation (after confirmation of attendance) due to Qualifier’s failure to obtain visa, the Qualifier agrees and authorises Nu Skin to recoup the flight costs, hotel accommodation, local airport transfers and/or such other costs and expenses incurred by the Qualifier or his/her replacement by deducting commission from the Qualifier’s Brand Affiliate (distributor) account any time, or by issuing a debit note to the qualifier for his/her settlement, or by any other means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.

• The Company reserves the right to change the Summit destination and any of the terms and conditions if circumstances deem it necessary.

• Nu Skin reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notice.

• Nu Skin places the safety of its Brand Affiliates as its top priority. Nu Skin may for security concerns or other reasons change the destination of the Nu Skin Southeast Asia Success Summit 2021 without prior notice.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nu Skin .
