Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation and Seacology Protect Indonesian Rain Forest
July 10, 2013
The Pumlanga Village of Halamahera Island, Indonesia, will soon benefit from a brand new community center thanks to donations from the Nu Skin Force for good Foundation and Seacology. In response, island residents have agreed to support a new plan to protect nearly 5,000 acres of rainforest for the next 25 years.
The center will be mainly used for cultural gatherings, but it will also function as an education center for village children, since there are no schools on this remote island.
Seacology and the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation are proud to be a force for good and enhance the education and environment of the worldwide community.
