Lactic Acid—an aggressive alpha hydroxy acid that breaks apart dead cell buildup. Chemical exfoliation works to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improve texture.

Water (Aqua), Lactic Acid, Betaine, Pentylene Glycol, Arginine, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Panthenol, Sodium Hydroxide, Tetrasodium EDTA, Benzoic Acid.

Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract—an extract rich in the antioxidant compound avenanthramides that exhibits exceptional calming properties that soothe the skin and reduce topical sensitivity.

Water (Aqua), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Arginine, Glycerin, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Panthenol, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Allantoin, Dimethicone PEG-8 Meadowfoamate, Butylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA, Erythorbic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. Biosaccharide Gum-1, Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Acrylates Copolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Hydroxyacetophenone, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Citric Acid.

    The effectiveness of hydroxy acids depends on their free acid content, not just concentration. Research shows that higher free acid levels yield greater benefits, and this is influenced by pH—the lower the pH, the higher the free acid content. For example, a 10% hydroxy acid solution at pH 5.5 has less than 1% free acid, while lowering the pH to 4.5 increases it to 3%. Nu Skin 180° AHA Facial Peel and Neutralizer is formulated with 10% hydroxy acid at pH 3.5, delivering an 8% free acid level for optimal efficacy.
    Nu Skin 180° AHA Facial Peel and Neutralizer were formulated to be used together. Not using both products may result in unnecessary irritation or diminish product benefits.
    Avoid pairing other exfoliating products in the same skin care routine with AHA Facial Peel and Neutralizer since it may cause sensitivity in some skin types. Please note: some individuals have experienced irritation on the neck. If this occurs, rinse the skin after AHA Facial Peel Neutralizer has dried and use only once per week.
